The characteristic village of Jalon, located on the 55 km long river Jalon is well known for its regional cozy well-attended Saturday market (one of the most important on the Costa Blanca), the cozy restaurants and the beautiful nature.

Jalon is also known for the production of table wine, the famous mistela, home made sausages, and the fine selection of pastry and sweets.

BEACHES

The peace of the mountains is fantastic, but not far away is the temptation of the Costa Blanca coast. The cozy and bustling seaside towns of Javea, Denia, Moraira and Calpe are easily and quickly accessible.So bear in mind you are only 20 minutes away from teh beaches of Javea, Denia or Morairia, and you could be on the beach at Calpe in less than 15 minutes.

The beaches are excellent for all kinds of activities such as swimming, snorkeling, diving, sailing, water skiing, ...

GOLF

There are 5 golfcourses nearby: Javea, Moraira, Denia, Benissa, Calpe.

The golfcourses have very reasonable prices and are laid out amidst a beautiful natural setting. Due to the ideal climate golf can be played throughout the whole year.

Walking

The Jalonvalley is famous for its numerous marked trails and is a paradise for nature walkers.Next to our villa there are also some beautiful hiking trails.

CYCLING

The mild climate and the presence of the mountains makes the Vall de Pop also very popular with cyclists. Here the whole year round you can cycle in perfect conditions and in a natural setting.
